I am so sorry about Jeanne's passing. I wish we had been closer in our adult years, but wishing doesn't change things. Will be praying for you.

Lonnie,
Sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I have a few memories when we were teenagers of talking to her on the phone with her when you weren’t home; she would crack me up. She was a funny and beautiful lady. Thoughts with you and your family.

Jeanne and I spent a lot of lunch breaks together when we worked at Lincoln National and Great West in Fort Scott. We discussed everything and I counted her as one of my best friends. Over time and due to distance and jobs- we didn't stay as close but we still continued to exchange Christmas cards. When our kids were little she was so proud of Christine, Sandy and Lonnie. She attempted to teach me to crochet, I was a difficult student, but Jeanne made little bunny rabbit pins for me to sell to raise money for Jullea to do pageants. I am truly heart broken and I will sincerly miss her. I love you Jeanne- may you rest in peace my dear friend!
